Teams are the building blocks of many modern organizations. Thus, scholars have suggested that “unless teams can learn, the organization cannot learn”. With today’s marketplaces requiring flexibility and rapid learning, a lot of research has, consequently, examined the drivers of team learning behavior. Such work has, among other things, demonstrated the relevance of a team’s composition, psychological safety, and openness to change, and of the team leader’s behavior.
